This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a growing business where you'll gain exposure across both purchase and sales ledger, while supporting the wider finance function with a variety of accounting activities. Responsibilities: Process supplier and subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare supplier payment runs and reconcile supplier statements. Manage supplier queries and monitor aged payables. Process employee expenses and company credit card transactions. Set up and maintain supplier records within the finance system. Raise and issue customer invoices through relevant client portals and systems. Produce customer statements and support credit control activities. Build positive relationships with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Liaise with operational teams to resolve billing queries efficiently. Post daily cash receipts and complete regular bank reconciliations.
