Working closely with the General Counsel and senior leadership, youll play a key role in advising on strategic initiatives, funds and investment management, corporate governance, regulatory developments and a broad range of commercial and transactional matters across multiple jurisdictions. This is a visible role offering genuine influence within a collaborative, high-performing environment. /p p br /p p Youll provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice to senior stakeholders, support governance across group entities, advise on new business initiatives and acquisitions, and partner closely with Compliance and Risk to help drive business objectives while effectively managing legal risk. The position offers a varied workload spanning corporate, regulatory, fund product, investment management and transactional matters. /p p br /p p The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE gained either in a major law firm in the funds, FS regulatory or corporate team or in-house in asset management. Offering you considerable interaction with the business from the outset, this role will suit a confident and competent lawyer with strong relationship building skills and the gravitas to take the lead in negotiations.
