We are looking for a Delivery Driver to join the Frontier team, based at Braintree, on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 6 months. There is the potential that this role could become permanent, depending on the success of the fixed-term contract and the needs of the business.
You will be delivering a range of agriculture products to farmers in the Essex region outside the M25 area; to assist in the delivery of high standards of safety, quality and operations whilst being a part of a team that operates with integrity and accountability while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Your Role As a Delivery Driver your role will involve:
Correctly delivering a range of agricultural products to farm (manual handling will be required) Working with our office and stores teams to pick and plan delivery routes Conducting vehicle checks Maintaining high standards of customer service whilst being the face of the company A strong focus on Health and Safety Assisting in all site’s operational areas outside of peak times Ensuring vehicle documentation is completed as per company guidelines Achieving vehicle empathy targets as set by Fleet services

We are now strengthening our on-Farm Frontier team by recruiting for a Trainee Agronomist, based in Yorkshire on a full- time permanent basis. You will play a key role in facilitating our business on farm by building outstanding customer relationships, providing a comprehensive advisory service, and maximising crop production for the farmer while increasing sales for the business. A background in sales is not necessarily essential as we are looking for people with a strong interest in agriculture who will integrate and become a key member of the team .
