    About the Role:We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to drive joint go-to-market initiatives with our strategic partners. In this role, you will collaborate closely with alliances, sales, and global marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns that generate pipeline, increase brand visibility, and accelerate partner-influenced revenue.You will be the strategic lead for marketing programs across key partner types—resellers, system integrators, technology alliances, and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities:Partner Strategy & Planning:Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with key partners aligned to revenue goals and business priorities
     Identify opportunities for co-branded campaigns, joint events, product launches, and content marketing
     Collaborate with partner managers to define KPIs and engagement goals
     Demand Generation & Campaign Execution:Build and manage joint campaigns: digital ads, email nurtures, webinars, solution briefs, and in-person events
     Track and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI
     Work with content, design, and digital teams to support execution
     Co-Marketing & MDF Management:Manage Market Development Funds (MDF): budgeting, partner enablement, approvals, and claims
     Provide partners with campaign-in-a-box materials and templates to simplify execution
     Track partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and report results
     Partner Enablement & Communications:Liaison with product marketing & enablement to promote / propagate enablement assets for partners: battle cards, case studies, decks, etc.
     Drive regular communication via newsletters, portals, and webinars
     Support onboarding of new partners with go-to-market playbooks
     Analytics & Reporting:Measure and report on partner marketing performance (pipeline, leads, ROI)
     Share insights and best practices across regions and internal stakeholders
    Qualifications

    8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with experience in partner or channel marketing
     Strong knowledge of co-marketing models and working with resellers, ISVs, or alliances
     Proficient in using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics, and Excel
     Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
     Experience managing MDF programs is a plus
     Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

You will develop new business opportunities and advocate multiple Freshworks product lines that focus on organisations (customers) with 500+ employees. As a brand ambassador you will champion our innovative Software-as-a-Service products to make organisations more productive, efficient and customer oriented.Working hand-in-hand with our marketing team and our business development representatives (BDRs), you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers across multiple industries. The BDRs will support you during the initial contact with potential customers and their qualification. You will be partially responsible for helping your team of BDRs become successful.Your Role and Responsibilities:Develop a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities within your assigned territory and to exceed your sales goals through stakeholder mapping, prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunitiesCultivate relationships with executive level decision-makers and strive to become a trusted advisor and a partner at your named accountsGenerate specific opportunities at each enterprise account in response to customer requirements and unaddressed pain pointsCommunicate constantly with other departments such as the marketing and pre-sales regarding the design and execution of campaigns to improve our internal and external processesUse and administer available resources effectively, steering the business development and presales representatives to reach your individual sales goals.Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasting to the Sales ManagerTravel to customer locations and customer focused events regularlyEducate yourself to become an expert in SaaS products, CRM systems, and our product suiteQualificationsMinimum 5 years of sales experience; preferably in an outbound/field executive SaaS software sales environment. Domain knowledge in the field of SaaS, CRM, or ITSM is advantageousExpertise and experience in acquiring new customers Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to C-levelDemonstrated consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory selling a technical productHigh degree of customer orientation, negotiation of business terms in line-of-business, procurement teams and senior managementExperience managing and closing complex sales-cycles; being expert managing sales cycles with 60-90+ daysHighly motivated, with a driven personality and a positive attitude towards sales and CRM productsWilling to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourcefulProject credibility with knowledge of the customer service domain, and the potential of cloud as a game-changer in the enterprise.
