Responsibilities for the Production Line Supervisor Coordinate the company product to ensure the production line has the correct workflow to meet the orders Plan and prioritise workload to ensure maximum performance and minimum downtime Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption Stock management Pro-Actively support continues improvement and lean manufacturing principles Maintain a high standard of housekeeping (5S) Core skills for the Production Line Supervisor Previous experience in operating plant machinery within food production Good standard of English and Maths Adaptable and open to experience potential new workplace situations Must have excellent attention to detail Good IT skills, must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel The ability to problem-solve and lead the team Good communication abilities at all levels The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines Good multi-tasking skills Ensuring right first-time culture Confident, professional and tenacious This vacancy is being advertised by Fresh Start Recruitment (UK) who are acting as an Employment Agency.
