The Role: - To manage the ordering process from initial enquiry to delivery - To support the technical team with opening and updating tickets for technical enquiries - To manage existing accounts and client contract information - To manage credit or debit notes - To coordinate deliveries in line with client requirements and update client accordingly - To liaise with other departments regarding client requirements or changes and communicate accordingly - To respond to incoming enquiries and provide excellent customer service

Main duties: To provide application engineering support within a manufacturing environment to the UK and Benelux regions, collaborating with the technical team to expertly address customer queries.
The role: - To enhance the customer technical support experience by proactively addressing the customer's needs regarding cost, timing, quality, and key issues. - To act as a technical liaison between the company, sales partners, and both new and existing customers, ensuring that all clients receive outstanding support for their technical questions and issues. - To foster positive relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. - To cultivate an understanding of the dynamic UK and Benelux CAD/CAM market, embracing the technology, navigating the competition, and seizing the opportunities ahead. - To enhance support for existing customers, and to conduct on-site visits and offer assistance with applications programming. - To create and facilitate training sessions that empower both prospective and existing customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed. - To effectively program, operate, and maintain machine tools, providing valuable support to both prospective and existing customers. - To visit customers within UK and Benelux region.
The candidate: - Fluent either Dutch or French (both written and spoken) - Excellent working knowledge of CAD/CAM programming software required - Background working within a manufacturing environment needed - Experience as a Applications Engineer beneficial - Troubleshooting, problem-solving and risk assessment skills. - Full UK driving licence - Must be able to travel 50% of the time - Professional, and positive approach to developing and maintaining relationships The salary: Up to £50,000 per annum plus benefits
