    We’re looking for experienced, fast-paced Grill Chefs to join our events catering team for one of the busiest weekends of the summer at Silverstone in July.

    This is not your average kitchen role. You’ll be working inside high-volume food units including food trucks and event concessions, serving thousands of customers across major live events. If you enjoy fast service, high energy environments, and being part of large-scale events, this is the role for you.

    We currently have opportunities for 5 Grill Chefs to join the team at Silverstone from 2nd–5th July, with ongoing opportunities available afterwards across a wide range of venues and events. What We’re Looking For Previous experience working on a grill in fast-paced catering, street food, stadium, festival, or hospitality environments Ability to cook quickly and confidently under pressure Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety Minimum Level 2 Food Safety Certificate Reliable, hardworking, and able to work long event shifts Team players with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Comfortable working in busy event environments with high customer demand Passion for quality food and efficient service Specific menu and operational training will be provided before service, so you’ll be fully prepared for the event. What You’ll Be Doing Cooking high volumes of food on busy grill sections during live events Preparing and serving food quickly while maintaining excellent quality and presentation Working across food trucks, concession stands, and temporary event kitchens Managing grill timing, stock rotation, and food consistency during peak service periods Maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards at all times Supporting the wider kitchen and service team to keep operations running smoothly Assisting with setup, close down, cleaning, and organisation of units Delivering fast, efficient service without compromising quality This role is all about pace, consistency, and teamwork.
