We will provide all the training needed to be a successful School Swim Coordinator but we also believe that employing people from a mix of employment backgrounds can offer a wider benefit to our team, some of which might be in their first ever job and need more support from their Manager and colleagues.In the role of School Swim Coordinator, you oversee all aspects of the centres School Swimming programme and to be ultimately responsible for all staff operating within the Schools Swimming lesson programme. A high awareness of industry developments, new activities, trends and research. Commercial awareness which translates into contributing to a successful and financially viable operation. In this role, you will support the delivery of the annual redecoration programme across our Brighton sites. You will help ensure facilities remain safe, welcoming and well presented for the community. The work includes planned redecoration, surface preparation, painting, finishing and leaving all areas tidy and usable.You will work both independently and alongside the wider team, taking responsibility for your tasks and maintaining high safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned redecoration across multiple sitesWork safely and follow all relevant Risk AssessmentsPrepare surfaces, apply paints and finishes and ensure clean handoverMaintain agreed quality standards with your line managerManage materials, tools and stock effectivelyCapture before and after photos to evidence improvementsComplete required training and maintain a valid DBSIn the event that a high volume of suitable applications are received, the post may close prior to the specified closing date.
