The Swim Manager will have overall responsibility for our pool programmes and swim schools at Arc Leisure Centre, Ashbourne Leisure Centre and Bakewell Swimming Pool and Gym.Your role will be a blend of Swim Program Management and Swim Teaching. As an Area Manager you’ll need to divide your time up wisely ensuring that all tasks, deadlines and targets are met and that each venue has your support & guidance where & when required.You will take full responsibility for the development of the Learn to Swim Program, ensuring that pool space is fully optimised and we have a healthy transition of students through our framework. You will have previous experience of leading, coaching and supervising Les Mills group exercise classes. We are looking for someone who is passionate with a proactive approach to work. You will need to be organised, punctual and able to communicate well. The main focus of the role is to deliver, motivate and assist group exercise classes.
