    Qualifications

This role will focus on delivering high-quality, timely, and effective CRM activity that drives engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth across both brands.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, schedule, and deploy email campaigns in line with brand guidelines and marketing calendars.Oversee existing automated workflows to ensure smooth operation and intended outcomes.Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, including open rates, CTR, deliverability and conversion rates.Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.Identify new implementation opportunities for growth.Monitor the Everlast loyalty programme, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.Collaborate with the wider team to plan and execute a refresh of the loyalty programme to enhance customer retention and value.Skills & Experience:Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM ideally with a mix of performance-focused and creative campaign execution (*experience in retail preferred, but not essential) Strong understanding of CRM platforms such as Klaviyo/Emarsys and email marketing best practices (*knowledge of Shopify, Yotpo and the US market are a plus).Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance optimisation.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, detect optimisation opportunities, and apply them.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.A self-starter and proactive mindset, with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.Reward, Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
