Acting as the primary contact with kitchen studio customers in the territory, they will promote the company and its products in order to meet the sales, margin and brand objectives of the business This is a Field-Based Role.Your tasks ▪ Plan, forecast and manage the business and relationships at all levels within the geographical territory, as defined and agreed.
    ▪ Act as the primary contact for display placement and sales growth within kitchen studios. Communicate new product and commercial developments (e.g. promotions, campaigns), provide product training and act as the focal point for customer feedback.
    ▪ Identify, develop and drive new business with existing accounts and new accounts in conjunction with partners and sales colleagues.
    ▪ Ensure that the sales & margin targets for the territory are achieved in relation to volume and price. Manage returns and credits and major queries in the territory.
    ▪ Make sure that all relevant information is managed within the CRM system and accurate reports are completed regularly as required.
    ▪ Provide forecast insight to supply chain team on regular basis to ensure stock availability and broader business understanding of the financial drivers in the accounts/channel.
    ▪ Keeping consistency of service and managing expectations of external and internal customers in time pressured environment.
