Proactively source and engage new clients through targeted outreach, calls, and meetings. Manage and enhance the sales pipeline, ensuring the CRM is always up to date. Work towards and exceed ambitious sales targets. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize business development strategies. Represent the company at roadshows and industry events, building your profile within the sector. Deliver exceptional service, ensuring long-term client relationships and continued success. What We're Looking For: Proven experience working with IFAs, Wealth Managers, or Financial Advisers – either directly or in a sales capacity. 2+ years in a sales or business development role , ideally within financial services. Those currently in a Wealth Management setting will also be considered. A results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers. Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
