    We're working on behalf of a well-respected and growing financial planning firm that's looking to expand its support team with a highly capable and organised IFA Administrator.
    This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team who truly value their support function.
    What you'll be doing:
    • Managing a range of administrative workflows across new and existing business, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
    • Maintaining and consolidating client data across platforms and systems – particularly using Intelligent Office (iO) .
    • Carrying out compliance and due diligence checks on business submitted.
    • Working closely with advisers to create tailored proposals that respond to client concerns and objectives.
    • Acting as a confident point of contact for a wide range of clients, providers, and third parties.
    • Keeping the back office running smoothly by meeting deadlines and maintaining clear, consistent records.
    • Processing fund switches, rebalances, contributions, withdrawals, LOAs, and model portfolio creation across multiple platforms.
    • Generating valuations and reports, updating client portals, and ensuring every client touchpoint is accurate and professional.
    • Applying your knowledge of group pensions and protection schemes , with an understanding of areas such as VCTs, GIP, DIS , and other financial products.
    What we're looking for:
    • Solid experience within an IFA or wealth management environment.
    • A strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office (iO) is essential.
    • Previous exposure to multiple investment platforms and FE Analytics.
    • A team player who is equally comfortable working independently.
    • A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and providers.
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills – you take pride in staying on top of your workload.
    • A proactive approach, with high attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive client data with discretion.

Our client works with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals, and they are looking for an experience Paraplanner / Client Manager to join their Advisor Support team.     The responsibility of the Client Manager to take ownership and control of the client review meeting process, preparing client suitability and cash flow reports, research, and analysis of financial products to meet client requirements and managing the presentation of technical data to the Adviser. Client Manager and Administration support must work together as a strong team, aiding clients irrespective of whether or not the Financial Adviser is available.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Preparing for client meetings
    • Preparing and compiling financial analysis data
    • Analysing client data and preparing cash flow analyses
    • Researching products to support recommendations
    • Compiling financial planning recommendations and suitability reports
    • Ensuring that all regulatory and compliance standards are met
    • Liaising with product providers and other relevant third parties
    • Ensuring that all client requirements are followed through to the appropriate conclusion
    • Managing, recording, and monitoring client reviews on behalf of the Adviser(s)
    • Providing support for the Adviser(s) allowing the Adviser(s) to focus on client relationships and meeting business targets
    • Act as main point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients through effective communication, ensuring a high-quality client experience at all times
    • Establish and build strong relationships with clients and attend client meetings with adviser if required
    • Working with both the adviser and client in implementing and maintaining the Personal Finance Portal (PFP) via Intelliflo
    An ideal candidate with have a number of years' experience as a paraplanner preferably level 4 or working towards the qualification, and will have a strong technical knowledge of advice and a working knowledge of platforms and IO system.
