    Job DescriptionSenior Project Manager Contract: Full-time, permanentTeam: Strategic Delivery Office (SDO)Office Location: London or Sheffield, UKThe role:The Senior Project Manager will be accountable for the success of strategic projects of high complexity that engage resources across the firm on transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage standard practices from inception to completion throughout the lifecycle of the projects, ensuring consistency, reliability, transparency, and alignment across all stakeholders.Successful management of firmwide programme(s)/project(s), ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.Work with the sponsor/s to define business case, project scope & success criteria and KPI’s.Work with the cross functional teams to confirm the approach, governance, milestones, and plan.Develop and track detailed project plans, milestones, and roadmaps, to monitor and track progress.Report progress across multiple projects to all relevant stakeholders, escalating as required.Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs by following a formal change request process through the SDO Board.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Create, maintain and enhance comprehensive project documentation using firm standard tools and guidelines.Follow project management discipline, methodology and best practices.The team:The Strategic Delivery Office (SDO) executes strategic priorities of the firm. The team’s mission is to maximise strategic value through excellence in portfolio insights, programme and project management delivery against the Firm’s strategic priorities.What we are looking for:Significant experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in the consulting, information technology and business transformation.Comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise) to support project planning, communication, and documentation.Able to write clear, structured prompts to produce accurate and useful outputs from AI tools.Experience with O365 suite of tools, Microsoft project, Tableau & SharePoint sites.Experience in diagnosing, isolating, designing, resolving, and documenting complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.Strong project management skills with experience in organising, prioritising, planning, and executing projects from definition through implementation, involving internal personnel and external vendors.Experience impacting transformative strategy within a large enterprise environment.Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player.Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, and strong organisational skills.Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle projects and multiple priorities and deadlines.Experience with waterfall and agile methodology.Capable of strategic thinking and moving strategic plans into action.Strong working knowledge of project planning tools.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, business, or related discipline is preferred.PMP, PfMP, Scrum Certifications are highly preferred.Familiarity with using AI to streamline reporting, analysis, or administrative tasks.Awareness of Responsible AI use, including confidentiality and data protection standards.Interest in exploring practical ways AI can improve collaboration and efficiency within projects.Flexible to travel when required.What we offer:A career at Fragomen will provide you with the opportunity to work in an exciting environment for a broad range of clients, where no two days will be the same.
