    About The Role
    We’re looking for a warm, proactive, and service-driven Guest Services Attendant to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, creating exceptional arrivals, heartfelt farewells, and everything in between.     As a key member of the Hotel Leadership team, the Director of Rooms is responsible for the strategic direction and operational success of the Rooms Division. This includes Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Communications.
    In this role, you’ll guide department leaders, elevate service standards, resolve challenges with care, and drive both operational and financial success. Rooted in our culture of kindness and respect, you’ll create an environment where employees feel supported and empowered to deliver the authentic, thoughtful service that defines Four Seasons.
    What You Will Do
    Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to all Rooms Division departments. Supervise, coach, and develop managers and teams, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with the highest level of care, service, and personalisation. Collaborate across departments to enhance the guest experience and ensure seamless operations. Personally engage with guests, respond to feedback and lead service recovery initiatives. Lead the division’s recruitment, performance management, scheduling, and training. Oversee quality assurance standards (e.g. LQA, Qualtrics), implementing corrective action plans where needed. Participate in long-term hotel planning, including budgeting, CAPEX projects, and innovation initiatives. Monitor labour costs, operating expenses, and revenues—ensuring financial targets are met through effective planning and decision-making. Represent the Rooms Division at the Planning Committee, contributing to the hotel’s strategic direction.

    Strong experience as a Director of Rooms in a five-star property Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Rooms Division Operations.     Presiding at the heart of the Hotel, the Rotunda Lounge is a stylish and elegant venue set beneath a beautiful domed ceiling. Perfect for after work drinks, pre-dinner aperitivo or a nightcap, the Bar offers an impressive menu of creative cocktails, refined classics and rare vintage spirits as well as delicious bar snacks to share.
    The Role
    As Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and personalised service, crafting memorable experiences for every guest. You’ll bring energy, creativity and precision to every shift, with a deep understanding of mixology and a genuine passion for hospitality.
    What You Will Do
    Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with speed, accuracy and flair Engage with guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere Maintain a thorough knowledge of the drinks menu, including wines, spirits and cocktails Ensure the bar area is impeccably presented and fully stocked Collaborate with the wider team to support smooth service throughout the Lounge
    The Ideal Bartender Will Have
    Minimum of 2-year Bartending experience in a high-end bar or luxury hospitality setting Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks Excellent communication and guest contact skills Proficiency in written and spoken English A genuine enthusiasm for service and attention to detail
    Schedule and Hours
    This is a full-time role based on a 40-hour contract, working across five 8-hour shifts per week.
    Shift Patterns Include
    11.30am to 8.00pm 2.00pm to 10.30pm 4.00pm to 12.30am

    Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie for our main kitchen, which will include our new Signature Restaurant Opening in 2026.
    Please note that this role is expected to commence in early February 2026.
    The Demi Chef De Partie Role
    As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will take assist the Chef de Partie in ownership of a specific section within the kitchen, leading and mentoring a team of Commis Chefs to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality dishes. You will play a key role in the preparation and execution of menus across multiple outlets, including: Rotunda Lounge & Bar, In-Room Dining, Banqueting, and our new Signature restaurant.
    What You Will Do
    Work with the Chef de Partie to supervisor a section of the kitchen, ensuring all food preparation and presentation meets Four Seasons standards. Train, guide, and support Commis Chefs in your section, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Assist in the development of new dishes and contribute ideas to menu planning. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP, COSHH, and food safety regulations. Ensure proper stock rotation and assist with inventory control. Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods.
    What You Bring
    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. Strong foundation in fresh food preparation and a passion for high-quality ingredients. Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and COSHH procedures. Food Hygiene Certificate (CIEH Level 2 or equivalent) preferred. Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

    As a key member of the Hotel Leadership team, the Director of Rooms is responsible for the strategic direction and operational success of the Rooms Division. This includes Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Communications.
    In this role, you’ll guide department leaders, elevate service standards, resolve challenges with care, and drive both operational and financial success.     What You Will Do
    Provide strategic and hands-on leadership to all Rooms Division departments. Supervise, coach, and develop managers and teams, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism. Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with the highest level of care, service, and personalisation. Collaborate across departments to enhance the guest experience and ensure seamless operations. Personally engage with guests, respond to feedback and lead service recovery initiatives. Lead the division’s recruitment, performance management, scheduling, and training. Oversee quality assurance standards (e.g. LQA, Qualtrics), implementing corrective action plans where needed. Participate in long-term hotel planning, including budgeting, CAPEX projects, and innovation initiatives. Monitor labour costs, operating expenses, and revenues—ensuring financial targets are met through effective planning and decision-making. Represent the Rooms Division at the Planning Committee, contributing to the hotel’s strategic direction.

    Strong experience as a Director of Rooms in a five-star property Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Rooms Division Operations. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Strong business acumen and financial management expertise A degree in hospitality or business management (or equivalent experience) A passion for delivering world-class service and creating memorable guest experiences
