About the role
Set within the stunning countryside of Hampshire, Wild Carrot Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is the social heart of our property, offering expertly crafted cocktails, fine wines, and an exceptional guest experience. We are now seeking a Bartender with passion, creativity, and professionalism to join our award-winning team.
As a Bartender at Wild Carrot, you will create memorable experiences for our guests through impeccable service and carefully prepared drinks. You will showcase your knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, and local ingredients while working in a vibrant yet elegant environment.
What you will do:
Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest standards
Deliver warm, attentive, and personalised service to every guest
Share knowledge of mixology, spirits, and food pairings to enhance the guest journey
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar at all times
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Support the creation of seasonal cocktails and signature drinks inspired by the local area
Collaborate with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service
What you will bring:
Previous experience as a bartender, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end bar
A genuine passion for mixology and hospitality
Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with guests
Ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak service times
A team player with a positive, professional attitude
