    Our OpportunityUK based role, (location options: Kidlington, Oxfordshire or Marylebone, London) We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Growth Marketing Manager to build and lead Elysia’s revenue marketing engine.  This role will partner closely with sales to generate qualified pipeline across priority accounts, markets and products, using targeted ABM and multi-channel campaigns to accelerate enterprise deal conversion and market expansion. You will operate as a true partner to sales, helping shape account strategy, deal positioning, and customer engagement throughout the buying journey.  This is a hands-on, high-impact role - you’ll own the definition and implementation of our marketing initiatives across all channels, working closely with the leadership team and wider Fortescue teams to shape the future of Elysia brand, driving qualified pipeline, revenue growth and customer advocacy.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Leadership: Define and deliver a comprehensive, multi-channel global marketing strategy aligned with Elysia’s commercial and product objectives. Set clear goals for awareness, lead generation, and market expansion, while building a high-performing marketing function.  Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and manage a growing marketing team, starting with one direct report. Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture with clear ownership, creativity, and accountability.  Global Campaign Management and Execution: Lead and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEO, social media, email), content, and traditional channels, including events and conferences, with a strong focus on targeted account-based marketing (ABM) for high-value enterprise accounts. Working with Elysia and Fortescue teams, drive customer engagement through thought leadership, product storytelling, events, and partnerships that highlight Elysia’s impact on the global energy transition.  Pipeline and Revenue Generation: Own marketing contribution to pipeline generation, working closely with sales to identify target accounts, develop ABM strategies, and deliver campaigns that accelerate enterprise deal progression and revenue growth.  Budget and Resource Ownership: Own the global marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximise impact and return on investment. Evaluate marketing technology and tools that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.  Brand Building and Positioning: Lead the refinement the company’s brand messaging, ensuring it resonates with our target audience and aligns with our core values and vision, and that of the wider Fortescue business. Ensure brand consistency across all channels, materials, and markets.  Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Champion creativity, experimentation, and innovation across all marketing efforts. Test new channels, formats, and partnerships that position Elysia at the forefront of digital and industrial technology marketing.  Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals, customer needs, and product launches.   Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track marketing contribution to pipeline, deal velocity, and revenue growth. Use data and analytics to drive decisions, measuring the success of campaigns through KPIs, and adjusting strategies accordingly to improve performance.  Customer and Market Insights: Develop deep understanding of target customers, competitors, and market trends. Leverage insights to inform strategy, shape messaging, and anticipate future opportunities in the evolving landscape.  Growth Mindset: As we scale, you will own the evolvement of the marketing function, experimenting with new channels, tactics, and approaches critical to growth. Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (required). Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.  Proven Marketing Leadership Experience: At least 8 years of experience in marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership and team management role, ideally in an early-stage or fast-growing technology or software business. Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing channels is essential. Demonstrated experience designing and executing account-based marketing programmes for a defined set of strategic enterprise accounts. Must be able demonstrate experience of clear impact on growth/ sales through marketing.   Strategic and Hands-On: Able to operate both strategically and tactically, setting the marketing vision while remaining close to execution when needed. Experience marketing into complex enterprise sales environments with long buying cycles and multiple technical and commercial stakeholders.   Leadership and Team Building: Experience managing and growing marketing teams, setting clear OKRs and performance metrics. Proven ability to foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration.  Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and at all levels of the business. Adept at working cross-functionally, aligning closely with Product, Commercial, and Fortescue corporate teams to ensure marketing supports overarching business objectives.  Growth-Oriented: A deep understanding of growth marketing strategies, from lead generation to conversion optimization. Track record in B2B marketing with complex buying cycles across international markets. Experience tailoring messages and go-to-market plans for diverse customer and regional needs. Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Comfortable experimenting, iterating, and scaling marketing approaches as the business evolves.  Creativity, Innovation and Data-Driven: Ability to think outside the box and implement creative, unconventional strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention. An opportunity has arisen for a Motorsport Sourcing Specialist to join the Contracts & Procurement department in our Kidlington office.About the roleTo manage all contracting and procurement activities to support the efficient delivery of the Motorsport programme. The role must ensure all goods, services and works are procured in a cost-effective, transparent and compliant manner, while aligning with group, legal and industry standards.What you will doC&P Planning & Execution Implement sourcing strategies for motorsport categories and minimise supplier complexity and quantity where possible to enable the develop of supplier relationships and supplier management through key performance indicators. Contract Management Management and execution of all planned purchase orders for the motorsport programme. Deliver RFQ, sourcing and DFX to motorsport programme. Responsible for Supplier identification, prequalification and shortlisting. Prepare supplier performance data and working with supplier quality assurance team to ensure effective supplier development plans are in place and executed. Foster strategic supplier relationships to ensure continuous supply, innovation and cost optimization. About you Experience in direct procurement, technical buying, expediting and purchasing functions in a motorsport or related industry sector Proven track record of C&P success, preferably in motorsport or across a similar industry sector Proven ability to learn and adopt new ways of working Team player with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision. Solid knowledge of contract law associated with services and commercial agreements, C&P principles and negotiation techniques. Solid pre contract experience and commercial / contract terms negotiation skills Technical and / or commercial education to a minimum of degree level, membership of CIPS would be advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple packages, and drive the work to ensure successful outcomes Travel to international locations maybe required. Ability to bring a flexible, problem-solving mindset, challenging traditional thinking and be prepared to work outside of comfort zone.
