As our HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver - Nights, you will drive an allocated tipper vehicle to transport asphalt and aggregate to various sites. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, working nights 18:00 – 04:00. The duties of the HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver - Nights role will include: -Driving and operating Class 2 HGV to/from site -Transporting asphalt to our customers in a safe and professional manner -Working in conjunction with your supervisor’s instructions -Maintaining vehicle and equipment in line with established company standards -Completing and submitting the required daily defect sheet -Acting in accordance with company policies and procedures What skills and experience do you need? Our ideal candidate will hold a full UK driving license, a HGV Class 2 license as well as a full CPC and Digital Tachograph card.     FM Conway is looking for a Traffic Management Operative to join our Traffic Management division based from our Chelsfield depot. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, working a mixture of day and night shifts. As our Traffic Management Operative, you will work as part of a team to carry out a range of services including setting up temporary traffic lights, installing, maintaining and removing traffic management. Opportunities for over time and night work will also be regularly available at an industry leading rate. The duties of the Traffic Management Operative role will include: - Setting up temporary traffic lights as required and assisting with the diversion of traffic - Maintaining and removing the traffic lights within the required time scale - Managing the traffic flow at the temporary traffic lights, ensuring public are abiding by lights - Working closely with management and crews, and taking instructions from the management team - Ensuring that sites are safe and carrying out on site assessments - Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency, particularly ensuring the appropriate people are notified - To be available on a rota basis for out-of-hours on-call duty if needed What skills and experience do you need? In this role, you’ll work as part of a skilled two-person crew, carrying out a variety of vital tasks, including the cleaning, clearance, repair, and maintenance of drainage systems. Whether you already have experience in the drainage industry or are looking to start a new and rewarding career, we offerfull training and ongoing support to help you succeed and grow in the role. This is a full time, permanent based in Hickstead, West Sussex. The duties of the Drainage Operative role will include: -Assisting the HGV Drainage Engineers with a variety of drainage tasks, including high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ)to inspect, clean, and maintain drainage networks. -Carrying out drainage cleaning and investigation activities to identify and resolve issues. -Supporting the safe and effective use of high-pressure water jetting equipment. -Responding promptly to reactive and emergency callouts, helping to resolve urgent drainage problems. -Operating the GIS Trimble unit accurately and efficiently, following all company procedures and safety guidelines. What skills and experience do you need? To be considered for this role, you have a full UK driving licence. Experience in a similar role with high-pressure water jetting would be an advantage, it’s not essential - we can provide full training to help you develop the skills you need. A CSCS Card and a Confined Space ticket would be beneficial, allowing you to contribute more quickly in this dynamic environment. What benefits will you receive?
