No two days are the same. Whether you're leading morning briefings, supporting crews on site, carrying out quality inspections or planning the next day's workload, you'll finish each day knowing you've made a real difference to both your team and our customers. This is a Monday to Friday role working a 6am to 4pm shift pattern. As one of our Team Leader, you will: Lead and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of drainage operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with contract requirements. Working as part of a two-person crew, you'll be at the front line of drainage operations , fromdrain cleaning and clearancetorepair and maintenance work . Using specialised vehicles and equipment, you'll help ensure that water flows freely through drainage systems, helping to prevent flooding, minimise disruption, and support a healthier environment. This is a full time, permanent role based in Sleaford. The duties of the HGV Class 2 Driver role will include: Carrying out a wide range of drainage services, including high-pressure water jetting(HPWJ) to inspect, clean, and maintain drainage networks. Responding promptly to drainage issues and emergency callouts, tackling blockages, overflows, and other urgent problems to keep water flowing safely and efficiently. Supporting planned and reactive maintenance by clearing, cleaning, and repairing drainage systems as part of routine operations or urgent interventions. Accurately recording and reporting all work carried out, including identifying and flagging any additional issues that require follow-up. Using our app-based reporting system to update job progress, upload photos/videos, and ensure clear communication with the wider team. What skills and experience do you need? We're looking for reliable, committed individuals who hold a Class 2 licence and a valid Driver CPC . You'll enjoy working as part of a team and demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety .
