    DescriptionAre you keen to play a key and hands on role in the development of our sites in Leeds and help drive the growth and engagement of our occupants?

    Flexspace is the UK’s leading provider of flexible workspace to house small to medium businesses and this vacancy is for a Centre Manager for our Burley Hill Leeds site with regular weekly travel to two other local sites within Leeds, as well as occasional cover for Wakefield and other site across the region. We are looking for a self-starter as this is a lone working role where you will have a large amount of autonomy in managing your workload and schedule, while also communicating and building relationships with those in our Peterborough central office. You will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
    We are looking for someone who is passionate about their sites and units and always looking at what they can improve - whether at a personal level, site level or company wide.
    You will be provided with a comprehensive induction at our Peterborough site and then on the job training. 
    Although this is largely a lone working role you will have regional support from the Regional Manager and the Facilities Co-ordinator based at the Burley Hill site in Leeds plus and of course our occupiers on site.
    Don't be put off if you have little property experience as we are a business that values determination, a willingness to learn and great communication first and foremost.

    This is a full time, on site role of 39 hours a week.


    Key ResponsibilitiesProfitability Undertaking viewing within 48 hours where requested; Maintain regular contact with the Marketing team to ensure vacancies are advertised online and enquiries efficiently dealt with; Efficiently and effectively manage the resources available to the Centres to achieve or exceed planned sales, occupancy and profitability targets; Ensure quality control of all services and ongoing customer service attitude of all Centre staff; Ensure all vacant units are in a ready to show/occupancy condition at all times Liaise with Head Office’s credit control team and actively chase debt;  Managing customer retention levels, alerting them to any issues or opportunities; Minimising controllable expenses and avoiding unnecessary wastage.  Ownership Liaise closely with Facilities Team with respect to the purchase of all supplies required by the centres; Ensure that the Company Health and Safety policy is implemented at the Centre; Identifying any site level repairs, maintenance, landscaping or estate management requirements (eg tenant nuisance, security, refuse collection, cleaning) relating to structure, internal or external common parts. High level Health & Safety review of site to capture things like missing gates & trip hazards and any tenant or third party activity causing Health & Safety risk. People Work on and with internal colleagues to build good working relationships;  Communicate respectfully throughout the organisation;  Work on improving processes and ensuring understanding of other’s priorities  Process Ensure all your centres’ occupancy details and documentation are properly completed and in order; Instigate and maintain Company policies and procedures;  Maintain general knowledge of trends and initiatives within the industry, as well as maintaining an awareness of activity within your local area. Monitor closely competition in terms of products, pricing and services offered. Be aware of special marketing offers on promotions.  Overall responsibility for production of monthly invoice production, dispatch and revenue collection; Liaison with HQ to ensure proper forecasting and budget compliance; Keep our CRM system up to date with potential new leads
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience in property or facilities environment (welcome but not essential)  Driving licence and transport essential   Strong time management skills with experience multitasking;  Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written  Good inter-personal, communication and presentational skills;  Strong MS Office Skills and highly systems literate;

    Flexspace is the UK’s leading provider of flexible workspace to house small to medium businesses and this vacancy is for a part time Centre Manager based at our Mansfield site. You will be solely looking after Mansfield and our Dinnington sites and support our Newark and Lincoln sites when our Area Manager is away. We are looking for a self-starter as this is a lone working role where you will have a large amount of autonomy in managing your workload and schedule, while also communicating and building relationships with those in our Peterborough central office. You will need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
    We are looking for someone who is passionate about their site and units and always looking at what they can improve - whether at a personal level, site level or company wide.
    You will be provided with a comprehensive induction at our Peterborough site and then on the job training. Although this is a lone working role there are plenty of occupiers to communicate with and all of your colleagues are eager to support remotely. Don't be put off if you have little property experience as we are a business that values determination, a willingness to learn and great communication first and foremost.

    This is a part time role of 20 hours a week with a salary for £13,866 - £16,000 per annum.
    Key Responsibilities Ensure all your centres’ occupancy details and documentation are properly completed and accurate; Efficiently and effectively manage the resources available to the Centres to achieve or exceed planned sales, occupancy and profitability targets; Ensure quality control of all services and ongoing customer service attitude; Ensure all vacant units are in a ready to show/occupancy condition at all times; Liaise with occupiers to ensure renewal process is completed to retain occupancy levels. Carry out viewings and follow up sales leads; where necessary; keeping accurate and up to date records;  Acting as an ambassador for the company; Managing customer retention levels, alerting them to any issues or opportunities.
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Experience in property or facilities environment (ideal not essential)  Driving licence and transport essential   Strong time management skills with experience multitasking;  Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written  Good inter-personal, communication and presentational skills;  Strong MS Office Skills and highly systems literate;

    We are looking for someone to take responsibility for credit risk management. This includes ensuring that all processes are followed correctly and that reporting is accurate, timely, and appropriate.
    The role also involves: Proactively managing arrears in collaboration with Site and Area Managers Deputise for the credit control manager Identifying and helping to resolve customer disputes Supporting the collection process, including progressing cases to litigation where necessary Managing legal referrals
    This is a full time position based in our Peterborough office.
    Key Responsibilities Ensure consistent and accurate use of the Yardi system, keeping all notes up to date Work with credit control manager on bad debt provision and write offs Deputise for the Credit Control manager Monitor and manage the Credit Control mailbox in line with agreed KPIs Chase failed Direct Debits (DDs) promptly Support site management in collecting receivables as they fall due, meeting strict collection targets Log customer queries on Yardi and monitor them through to satisfactory resolution Prepare and issue monthly chase letters and legal notifications Proactively communicate debt risks to Site and Area Managers and coordinate Monthly Aged Debt Reviews Prepare “lock-out” lists for delinquent accounts Produce bi-weekly reports on overdue debt Identify and escalate any risks that could result in material financial loss to the Credit Manager Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external customers Complete accurate management reporting against agreed KPIs within set timescales Review the Debt Portal and onboard new accounts as required Work closely with the Credit Manager to minimise bad debt Provide cover for DD setup and processing Train and support new starters
