    Full Time 37.5 Hours per week Sunday – Thursday 22.00 – 06.30Permanent Position in a growing businessOpportunity to grow your management skills and progress your careerWork with a supportive & experienced teamWe’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our established night shift team at our busy Glossop site. Reporting to the Warehouse Management team you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the shift and ensuring all tasks are completed to relevant deadlines.  You’ll guide the team, keep the warehouse running smoothly, and take ownership of nightly operations from 10 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday. We’re Purpose Driven. That togetherness is the very essence of who we are. You’ll Grow With Us. This role offers scope for progression for the right candidate. Initially you will take full responsibility for the successful operational delivery of the Night shift, working collaboratively with other shift supervisors to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.  You will be responsible for supervising a team of operatives, delegating duties and tracking productivity. Leading from the front you will ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.  With this comes the opportunity of progression into more senior managerial roles.  What We’re Looking ForHands-on experience leading shifts or small teams in a warehouse.Organised and confident managing tasks, motivating others and making decisions under pressureComfortable using WMS platforms and Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and ExcelA solid understanding of health, safety and quality standards and how to apply them day to dayClear communicator and problem solver, flexible to support across different shift patterns when neededEven Better If You BringA valid driving licenceIOSH or similar health and safety trainingExperience coaching or mentoring othersConfidence to suggest changes and fix issuesWhat You’ll Be DoingWorking with the previous shift manager to produce a shift plan, allocate work and accurately track productivity for your teamBrief and support with deadlines and expectations for staff on night shift Take an active role in providing hands on support across the warehouse; from receipting goods, stock movement, and picking / packing and dispatching orders. Manage rotas, stock checks and admin so the shift runs smoothly and accuratelyKeep standards high in safety, cleanliness, equipment and site securitySupervise productivity of the shift and work allocation to produce a handover for the following shift supervisor highlighting any issues, focus points or areas that may not be running to deadline.Salary: £32,200 - £36,800 inclusive of shift allowance (Dependent on Experience)Contract: Full Time/ Permanent/37.5 hours per week Onsite Working: Sunday – Thursday, 22:00 – 06:30 (during peak periods shift pattern may vary at our discretion) Benefits include but are not limited to: Pension Scheme Health Cash Plan Free Onsite Parking Colleague Discount Last but certainly not least: At Flair, we're an equal opportunities employer.
