The additional context, perspective and insights we provide has helped investors fund a Department Overview Reporting to the COO of Fitch Ratings, the Ratings Strategy and Analytics (RSA) team provides in-depth strategic analysis to drive better outcomes for Fitch Ratings. Using a data-driven approach, RSA works closely with Ratings Operations heads and other groups throughout Fitch Ratings to develop strategic analyses, evaluate costs/benefits for new initiatives, and produce recommendations toward process improvements and re‑engineering. These efforts support firm‑wide strategic objectives that will deliver significant business results such as improved operational efficiency, revenue growth and the development of new products. Role Responsibilities Plan and deliver end-to-end process analysis support for squad‑led process and application changes, from initial discovery and impact assessment through to implementation and post‑implementation review. Lead current‑state process discovery and mapping to identify pain points, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Design future‑state processes in collaboration with process owners, subject matter experts, technology teams and other key stakeholders. Translate process analysis findings into clear, change‑ready recommendations that delivery squads can act on. Maintain accurate process documentation and support effective process governance, ownership and continuous improvement. Contribute to the team's goal of delivering high-quality outcomes and business value. Stay curious and engaged, continuously learning about best practices in process improvement and data‑driven decision‑making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 2-4 years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work. Organized, detail‑oriented, and willing to take initiative. Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment. Pull together and maintain metrics to support HR technology operations and projects, including volumes, trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement. Essential Qualifications Experience in an HR technology, HR systems support, business analyst, or HR operations role. Good working knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, with exposure to relevant modules such as Time Off and Recruiting/RCM. Familiarity with other HR systems, including UKG, and a broader understanding of how HR systems support core HR processes. Experience gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements. Experience supporting testing activities, including user acceptance testing or release testing. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy support and project environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation and stakeholder communications. Experience working with ticketing or case management tools such as Jira. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to produce meaningful metrics and reporting.
