Key Responsibilities Provide secretarial support, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents. Type reports, letters, and forms from manuscripts, audio, or notes. Assist with clerical tasks, filing, and data management across the department. Organise and support meetings with minute-taking and distribution of relevant documents. Manage mail, telephone calls, and email accounts, ensuring timely responses and follow-up. Liaise with internal teams, service users, families, and external agencies. Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and electronic filing systems using Microsoft Office and other departmental systems. Person Specification Excellent organisational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to prioritise, work independently, and collaborate with a team. Previous secretarial or administrative experience is desirable.
