The Belfast Health and Social Care Trust are seeking two reliable Domestic Assistants to join Edgcumbe Day Centre in East Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment within the premises. Hours:15 hours per week, 4pm - 7pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 3pm - 6pm. Initially, this is a part - time, 3 month temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance. Pay rate: £12.21 per hour Main duties will include: Carrying out general cleaning and upkeep of the premises to required standards, including sanitising designated areas. Safely handling and disposing of waste in line with site procedures. Ensuring cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored correctly. Undertaking key holder responsibilities, including securing and locking the premises at the end of the day. Following all site policies, health and safety procedures, and cleanliness standards. What we need from you. Previous cleaning or domestic experience in a healthcare, residential, or similar environment (desirable but not essential). Willing to undergo an Access NI police check.
