Reporting to the Head of Procurement for the Region, this role is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of procurement activities for all raw and packaging materials. Acting as the key focal point for procurement topics within the Region, you will ensure full alignment with Group standards while supporting the definition and implementation of procurement strategies.

    You will contribute to annual budget processes, collaborate on procurement projects, engage in supplier scouting and negotiations, and support the development of strong, compliant supplier relationships across both centrally and locally managed categories. The role also plays a key part in ensuring smooth information flow between central and local procurement functions and maintaining alignment with regional stakeholders on procurement performance, priorities, and project progress.Main Responsibilities:In this role, you will support the Procurement Category Managers and the Region Procurement Manager in defining and implementing procurement strategies and monitoring risks across the Region. You will contribute to category implementation, help define annual budgets and project plans, and ensure adherence to Group guidelines for both centrally and locally managed items. You will support or lead supplier scouting and negotiations, depending on the category ownership, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the Ferrero Code of Business Conduct.

    You will oversee purchasing activities including price lists, quote allocation, product availability, supplier performance monitoring, and vendor management. This includes supporting purchase order processes, supervising offer evaluations to identify the best alternatives, and collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain when needed. Additionally, you will contribute to supplier performance reviews for centrally managed suppliers and lead periodic evaluations for those managed locally, ensuring productive and stable relationships.

    The role also involves managing supplier service levels, supporting the exchange of information between central and local procurement teams, contributing to knowledge development of suppliers in the Region, and assisting in the identification and delivery of procurement project pipelines. You will also be consulted on procurement elements of M&A activities and will ensure regular alignment with regional stakeholders, including presenting procurement performance, project updates, and key priorities. Finally, you will work closely with the Region Procurement Manager and Global Category Managers to support process optimisation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across all procurement activities.About You:You will bring a strong educational foundation, ideally with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. You have built solid capability within Procurement, whether through central or local procurement roles, and you bring knowledge of raw and/or packaging materials categories or the motivation to develop quickly in this area.

    You are an effective communicator and negotiator who can build strong, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A key focus is on harmonizing risk mitigation practices across countries, promoting consistency and the adoption of best practices. The role also drives awareness and capability-building through targeted communication and training on GRC processes, tools, and methodologies, while actively contributing to the development of best practices within the professional family. In terms of governance implementation, the role supports Region management in cascading Group policies and procedures throughout their departments and geographies. It plays a critical part in the local execution of transformational initiatives, including blueprints and M&A integration projects.
