    What you will be doing:
    • Preparing courier schedules and routes
    • Coordinating the distribution of work amongst couriers helping them to achieve station's operational goals in the most efficient way
    • Monitoring the daily delivery cycle, updating systems with accurate information to ensure correct execution of the daily pick-up and delivery assignments
    • Providing support to the couriers and assisting them with issues resolution
    • Contacting customers when needed to obtain additional information or advise on potential service-related issues
    • Proactively reporting any issues that occurred during the daily delivery cycle to the management and compiling reports on station's productivity, volumes and performance

    What do you bring with you:
    • Experience in co-ordinating a team in a busy transport and / or dispatch environment an advantage

    • Loading and unloading vehicles to ensure customers receive their goods in good condition and on time.
    • Sorting and moving packaging and freight using scanning technology
    • Comply with Health & Safety regulations

    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • A great team player with the ability to work alone when required
    • Someone who is willing to complete training when required
    • Good communication skills
