Senior Product Manager Near Milton Keynes | Hybrid (2 days per week) | Retained Assignment We have been retained to appoint a Senior Product Manager for an established and growing technology-led business near Milton Keynes. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of an established product portfolio as the business scales its offering, modernises its technology and invests in future growth. You'll play a key role in a business-wide transformation programme, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery while leading a small Product team. Essential Experience • 5+ years' experience leading a high impact product function. • Background in data, analytics or data-led products, with experience working in data-heavy systems. • Experience delivering business, digital or technology transformation programmes. • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows. • Agile product delivery, backlog ownership and prioritisation expertise. • Early adopter of AI, using it to improve productivity and accelerate delivery. • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar planning tools.
