Translate business needs into scalable and effective data warehouse solutions. Conduct systems analysis, development, testing, and deployment activities. Support new application implementations and integration projects. Deliver user support, training, and issue resolution throughout the solution lifecycle. Operational Support Provide application and reporting support within agreed service levels. Monitor Helpdesk and Change Management systems to manage incoming workload effectively. Resolve incidents, service requests, and data-related issues in a timely manner. Perform preventative maintenance and system health checks. Maintain technical documentation and user guides. Governance & Continuous Improvement Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal standards. Maintain configuration and change management records. Work with third-party suppliers and software vendors to implement enhancements and resolve issues. Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency. Support data governance and best-practice data management initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Essential Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related discipline. Strong experience supporting and developing SAP Business Warehouse (BW) solutions. Experience with SAP ABAP development. Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver. Experience working with BW Dataflows (3.x and 7.x). Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, database design, and data management. Experience using SAP Business Explorer (BEx) tools, including: Query Designer Web Analyzer BEx Analyzer Experience delivering and supporting business-critical applications within a large enterprise environment. Familiarity with formal systems development and delivery methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
