We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a Tier 1 Contractor on the delivery team on a major commercial office development in Cambridge. This role will focus on the management and delivery of CAT A internal fit-out works across multiple floor plates, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating internal construction activities, working closely with subcontractors and the wider project team to maintain efficient progress throughout the build. Key Responsibilities Lead the safe delivery of internal fit-out works, promoting the highest standards of health, safety and quality. Manage and coordinate subcontractors delivering CAT A works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements. Oversee the installation of raised access floors, suspended ceilings, landlord finishes and associated building services. Coordinate labour, materials and site activities to ensure works are sequenced effectively and delivered efficiently. Monitor progress, identify potential risks and implement solutions to maintain programme milestones. Work collaboratively with design, commercial and MEP teams to resolve site issues and support successful project delivery.
