We are seeking a compassionate, resilient, and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will work closely with teaching staff, therapeutic practitioners, and other support professionals to provide a safe, consistent, and empowering learning environment for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:Work alongside teachers to deliver tailored learning activitiesPromote emotional regulation, resilience, and social development through therapeutic approachesSupport pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving personalised targetsBuild trusting relationships and provide consistent, empathetic responses to behaviourHelp maintain a safe, calm, and engaging classroom environment
