    will be responsible for maximising overall rooms revenue and performance at the
    Fairmont Windsor Park, with a strong influence towards MICE, Spa & Group
    strategy.Regularly review and adjust accommodation
    rates, inventory, and volume controls to maximise revenue across all segments.Ensures rate parity with third-party distribution
    sites and manages relationships with market managers to maintain market share.Collaborates with departments (MICE,
    Reservations, Front Desk, Spa, F&B) to align strategies for revenue and
    occupancy growth.Leads strategy meetings to set pricing and
    availability controls in line with budget, business needs, and market
    conditions.Uses systems such as Opera, TARS, and IDEAS to
    manage revenue, forecasting, and reporting effectively.Produces and analyses daily, weekly, and monthly
    performance reports, taking action to optimise results.Conducts competitive and displacement analyses to
    identify trends, revenue opportunities, and the impact of group business.Prepares and monitors budgets, revenue plans, and
    forecasts with a target accuracy of ±3% of plan figures.Maintains demand calendars, identifies peak and
    low-demand periods, and adjusts strategies accordingly.Promotes a strong revenue management culture,
    supports team development, and ensures commercial objectives and profitability
    targets are achieved.

    About us... Fairmont Windsor Park is a beautiful, heartfelt retreat surrounded by 40 acres of English countryside that blends iconic heritage with modern elegance.  Our five-star hotel includes 251 luxurious bedrooms and suites accompanied by 7 restaurants and bars offering an unrivalled dining experience.  The spa and wellness facilities are inspired by nature and the hotel has state of the art conference facilities. A bit about what you will do...  Assistant Chief Engineers in our luxurious hotel take a proactive, hands-on approach, assisting in overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations to ensure excellent standards are maintained, and to create a welcoming and safe environment that consistently exceeds guests’ expectations. Lead and manage the maintenance team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations. Coordinate the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services. Manage the maintenance budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting future needs, and optimising resource allocation. Oversee hotel renovations and other projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion within budget. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations. Collaborate with other departments to support the overall operation of the hotel and address maintenance-related issues. Maintain and order parts and supplies in a timely and efficient manner while minimising waste and supporting “green” initiatives. Address guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently. Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.More about you...  Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.  Full understanding of financial aspects, budgeting and profit and loss.  Proven experience in managing, coaching, challenging and developing teams.  Approachable and positive manner with a “can do” attitude.  Ability to use initiative in challenging situations and under pressure.  A smart and professional appearance.  Proven track record in a similar position within a 5-star hotel.  Recognised electrical or engineering qualification and specialised expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields.  Pool plant operator qualification preferred.  Excellent understanding of Health and Safety regulations and best practices.   Previous experience using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.

    design for the Fairmont Windsor Park gardens and grounds .You will also be responsible for
    the gardens and grounds being in excellent condition throughout the seasons whilst leading and managing the gardens team to ensure the delivery of the highest level of gardens maintenance and
    presentation at all times.Overall responsibility for the application and management of all garden
    chemicals.Management responsibility for Garden and Grounds machinery and tools,
    ensuring they are maintained regularly and kept in good and safe working order.
    Supervise any gardening vendors who attend site to carry out works.Manage all garden project activities to ensure they are carried out on
    schedule and within allocated budgets, employing the assistance of external
    labour / organisations where necessary. Provide seasonal, monthly, weekly, and daily work programs for the
    gardens teamManage area and staff in accordance to current Health & Safety
    Legislation and codes of practice. Pest and disease control implementing pest management systems Participate in garden tours/ demonstrations as required
