seeking an exceptional Director of Spa & Wellness to lead, inspire and
commercially drive our luxury Spa & Wellness operation. This is a senior
leadership role for a dynamic, customer-focused professional with a proven
track record in luxury spa management, revenue growth and membership
engagement.The RoleFull
commercial responsibility for the Spa & Wellness business, driving sales,
revenue, profitability and membership performanceLead the Spa
as a stand-alone business within the hotel, with clear ownership of P&L,
budgets and financial performanceDevelop and
execute strategies to maximise treatment, retail, membership and package
revenueActively
contribute to the hotel leadership team, supporting wider commercial and guest
experience objectivesPosition the
Spa as a first-class product and a market-leading destination within the luxury
spa sectorGuest
Experience & BrandDeliver an
outstanding, personalised guest and member journey that exceeds expectationsUse customer
