Yard Assistant – Key Responsibilities: To safely move vehicles and trailers around the yard. Ensure that the correct procedures are adhered to when ‘hitching and unhitching’ the unit to the trailer and to ensure that the trailer is securely loaded. If necessary to deliver to a customer, depot, garage, or test centre. Puts safety first and respects all other road users. Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly. Self – motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable. Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of all ADF trailers to the standards required To operate our vacuum tanker, removing waste from our trailers on site Work in conjunction with Yard Supervisor. Report any defects or damage found whilst working on trailers to Yard Supervisor. Complete check sheets when trailers are cleaned, sign off & give to Yard Supervisor. Be aware & follow the company’s Chlorination process.     Salary: Competitive with Benefits package Location: Bridgend, South Wales Salary is based on a grading system dependant on experience and performance – further details to be discussed at interview. Account Manager – The Role: Our Account Managers are the link between our clients (the TV and Film production teams) and the facilities by ADF support teams which are spread across two locations, Bridgend and Longcross, Surrey. This position would suit someone who has excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and for who going the extra mile comes naturally. The role is based in Bridgend however there will be some requirement for occasional travel and overnight stays. Account Manager – Key Responsibilities: – Be the main point of contact for the TV/Film production for the day to day running of facilities. – Take ownership of each given account to ensure complete end to end service is delivered to the highest standard. – Day to day management of onsite teams i.e. sickness/holidays/cover – Maintaining a constant flow of information from production into the business to enable all departments to deliver the service. – Working closely with ADF Logistics team to ensure all your production movements are efficient and on time – Producing spend reports and advising productions on additional spend – Managing the account financials, making sure invoices are paid on time and debts kept minimal – Carrying out site visits to meet clients/HOD’s with the purpose of developing long standing, successful business relationships, gaining valuable feedback that will help us develop our service – Networking to develop & build own client data base ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Account Manager – Requirements:- – Excellent communication skills – Proactive with a “can do” attitude – Excellent attention to detail – Team Player – Relationship building – Ability to prioritise workload – Works well under pressure – IT Literate – Proficient in Excel & Word  The successful candidate will have a talent for spotting opportunities through networking with clients and industry personnel and have a flexible approach to hours.
