Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Competent user of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
