    In this key role, you’ll drive efficiency across multiple sites by reducing agency reliance, maintaining full safeguarding compliance, and ensuring each site is fully staffed with a consistent, capable team. You’ll champion clear communication, lead on training coordination, and collaborate closely with internal recruitment to build a strong bank of flexible staff.
    Description of the role: Reduce agency staffing costs by improving workforce planning and site culture Ensure staffing compliance for every session (qualifications, safeguarding, first aid, etc.) Support stable staffing structures that deliver excellent service across all sites Communicate staffing updates clearly to all stakeholders (staff and schools) Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records Coordinate First Aid training in a cost-effective and efficient manner Work in partnership with recruitment to ensure appropriate staffing coverage and a solid staff pool
