Design and create innovative solutions for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit client needs. Proactively manage stakeholder relationships, building trusted relationships with clients. Identify new opportunities, contribute to preparation of proposals and wider business development activities. Manage the operational aspects and risk management of client engagements. Coach and provide learning opportunities for junior team members. Contribute to delivery of wider strategic goals across PC and participate in initiatives that support the growth of the firm as a whole. With a specific focus on learning operations, you will: Lead the end-to-end delivery of MLS engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams. Build and manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Own business development activities including opportunity identification, solution design, proposals, and pitches. Translate client needs into tailored learning strategies and operational solutions. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across complex projects. Develop compelling, insight-driven presentations and proposals using advanced PowerPoint and Excel. Provide management, coaching, and career development for consultants and analysts. Contribute to the growth of the MLS business, shaping new offerings and bringing innovative market perspectives. To qualify for this role, you must have: Consulting experience at Manager level (Big Four or equivalent professional services background preferred). Strong track record of business development, including client growth, proposals, and deal shaping. Expertise in pricing, commercial negotiations, and third-party vendor management. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects/programs with multiple stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills at senior levels. You would be exposed to a large variety of clients from FinTech start-ups to mid-sized and global financial services businesses across the banking, wealth, asset management and insurance sectors: you will work with some of the biggest names in the industry. The role will cover a wide range of tasks and opportunities and can range from: writing technical tax opinions ( tax transparency of fund vehicles / tax treaty entitlement / FATCA and CRSs legal entity classification); delivering managed services ( where EY has been asked to run a process or function such as information reporting for a client); support with large impact assessment and change projects in the operational tax space; supporting the development of tax technology assets in the withholding and information reporting space; running multi-country studies on tax issues ( reporting, withholding, capital gains, treaty access etc).
