Role: Care Assistant Hours: 16hrs per week, includes alternate weekends Shift times include: 7am-11am, 4pm-9pm, 7am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10pm Salary: £13.61 per hour Location: Wixams Retirement Village, Bedford Road, Bedford, MK42 6EA As a Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks: Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities, Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents Encourage independence and self-belief Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy. Person Specification Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification Personable, an effective communicator and a team player Passionate about delivering a quality care service Flexible with hours.
