Key Responsibilities * Manage onsite registration for events of all sizes, from intimate conferences to massive 80,000+ attendee gatherings. * Serve as the main onsite contact for clients, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. * Set up, operate, and break down registration equipment with ease. * Quickly troubleshoot technical issues to keep things on track. What You Bring * You re skilled at clear, effective communication and keeping everyone in the loop. * Experience in hardware setup and configuration is essential. * Familiarity with Microsoft products is a plus. * A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel are required. * Have a Flexible approach to working hours: Not every day is a 9-5 day. * This role involves traveling across the UK, with the flexibility to stay onsite for events.
