We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition and by delivering an exceptional service for families. Many of our Centre Managers were promoted from the Supervisor role, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in educational leadership. If you’re motivated by shared goals, thrive off solving problems and want to make a real difference every day, this is the role for you. The Role You’ll impact all aspects of centre performance, including: Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care A Day in the Life You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence. Starting salary: £27,000 PA salary depending on experience. *Those working at centres in the London area will receive an additional uplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3500 due to London weighting.
