    We're looking for a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You will drive awareness and acquisition through Paid Search, Display, and Meta advertising channels.     Qualifications

Unlike our primary product teams, this group will work on early stage concepts, investigating new verticals, testing new ideas, and shaping potential directions for long-term diversification.Reporting into the Lead Product Designer you'll be part of a diverse Product Design Team, while working daily with a small squad consisting of a Product Manager and a Researcher. You will need to be comfortable across the full end to end of the design process.Responsibilities:You will partner with user research to uncover customer needs, test assumptions, and translate insights into relevant concepts. Navigate change, shaping problems, defining priorities, and structuring your own work.Create prototypes at different levels of fidelity to explore and share ideas quickly.Collaborate with industry partners, and internal stakeholders to co-create solutions and validate opportunities.Design and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders, produce ideas, and lead decisions.Run lean experiments to test desirability, feasibility, and viability, measuring outcomes to gauge success and market potential.Apply a product and business lens to your design decisions, ensuring concepts are both user-centered and commercially viable.Balance short-term experiments with awareness of how potential innovations could integrate with or improve existing products.
    Qualifications

    Proven experience working in Product or UX Design Roles.Experience designing in early-stage or innovation contexts, including product discovery, incubation or venture style work. A strong understanding of business metrics, commercial viability, and how design decisions impact our results.A portfolio showcasing your strategic approach and process, not just the final solution. Some of the things we look for in case-studies include: An understanding of the problem space, a design approach with hypotheses and clear measures of success on top of the final executionExperience in prototyping and experimentation and have taken products from 0-1. You're comfortable testing ideas at different levels of fidelity. You are also comfortable using failure as a learning tool, motivated by a need to validate assumptions through data.Experience facilitating workshops, co-creation sessions or collaborative design activities.Tailor your communication style to a divers to lead projects, mentor others, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.Previous experience in Fintech or other regulated industry desirable.
