    The Cyber Fusion Governance, Risk & Compliance Lead will drive operational excellence and efficiency across the organization, with a primary focus on governance, compliance, and risk management within the Cyber Fusion Centre (CFC). This role ensures that all CFC processes align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices to maintain a secure and compliant operational environment.You will also lead efforts to ensure risk management and governance within the CFC, enhance data-driven decision-making, and represent the CFC services & processes in front of client auditors and regulators.This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cybersecurity and business operations within a world-class organization, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Cyber Fusion Governance, Risk & Compliance.Key duties of the role will include:-Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and organizational compliance standards within Cyber Fusion Centre operations.Develop and monitor compliance metrics, reporting mechanisms, and audit readiness processes to support enterprise security objectives.Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Partner with cross-functional teams to embed risk management practices into operational workflows.
    Qualifications

This role is important for ensuring the success of a major HR transformation programme.Do you show strong attention to detail, outstanding organisational skills and seamless partner engagement at all levels?You'll help create the conditions for collaboration, and smooth delivery, making a impact on how HR operates in a modern, tech-enabled environment.Reporting to the Programme Director, you will support the smooth running of the programme, with a focus on logistics, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You'll work with the Programme Director, Project Manager and broader Change implementation team, and our systems integrator and global colleagues.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate workshops, meetings, and programme events, both hybrid and in-person, across global time zones.Communicate with the systems integrator partner to ensure agreement on logistics, documentation, and meeting preparation.Support the Programme Director and Project Manager with administrative tasks including tracking actions, updating plans, and maintaining programme documentation.Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for important meetings and workshops.Ensure communication and follow-up with stakeholders to support decision-making and progress.Maintain programme calendars, contact lists, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).Support tracking risks and dependencies, escalating where needed.Help foster a collaborative and delivery-focused programme culture.
    Qualifications

    Experience in project or programme administration within large-scale transformation programmes.Demonstrate strong skills in being organised, and focused on detailsTailor communication style to suit diverse audience and different levels of seniorityComfortable working across global teams and time zones.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Teams, and project collaboration tools.Manage multiple project tasks and adapt to changing needFamiliarity with HR processes and systems.Experience supporting technology transformation programmes.Exposure to working with systems integrators or external delivery partners.
