    We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong front end skills in React/Typescript and C#, to join our Engineering team in the Customer Experience domain of our Consumer Services function.As a Lead Software Engineer you will improve the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of new product features, building high-quality user experiences.Reporting into the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead by example in engineering excellence, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet the needs of a diverse and growing digital ecosystem.     Job DescriptionAs an Operations & Client Support Executive Placement Student, you will join the team responsible for supporting operational processes and delivering excellent client support across Experian’s product portfolio. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining high service levels, and enabling clients to access the products they need promptly and accurately.Reporting into an Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:Administrative Support: Provide critical administrative assistance to the Customer Success and sales team, including processing orders, tracking deployments, checking invoice detail and coordinating with internal departments to meet customer requirements.Customer Engagement: Act as a primary contact for customers, responding to enquiries, sharing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.     QualificationsTo apply for this opportunity, you must be a current undergraduate at a UK university and be able to undertake a year in industry placement starting July 2026 and ending in August 2027.We accept applications from all degree backgrounds, but you will ideally study towards a Business, Numerical or related degree and have an interest in business processes.Due to the nature of the role, stakeholder management skills are important. You’ll also need be accuracy-focused, as you will need to manage concurrent tasks at once.This role is based in London and requires you to work in the office at least twice weekly.
