Working Maintenance Supervisor - Aldermaston About the role Supervision of Technicians / Crafts-persons to ensure maintenance is planned and executed in line with Company and Competent Authority policies, procedures, and guidance Delegation of authority protocols. Liaise with RMM / Maintenance Supervisor and Terminal Management for planning, allocation, and execution of activities both planned and corrective Key Responsibilities Support the review of maintenance requirements and the progression of all defects on a daily basis Provide on-site leadership to the maintenance team. Assist with the planning and execution of maintenance activities through to completion. Act as the maintenance focal point on-site. Assist with the production of permit to work for maintenance activities. Assist with the prioritisation of preventative & corrective work orders. Respond to breakdowns. Liaise with RMM / Maintenance Supervisor with regard to maintenance issues Assist with the production and review of maintenance documentation and procedures where required. Control of contractor activity, to include Safe Systems of Work, permits and RAMS Support the Maintenance supervisor / RRM that correct training and competence requirements are identified and actioned Provide support with local asset data regarding condition is kept up to date Assist with onsite maintenance activities as required Provide support where required to plan, manage & deliver small capital project works Work to standard, procedures and work instructions for Safety Critical Tasks in order to meet COMAH requirements. Assessment of Competency will form an ongoing part of this role. About You The successful candidate will have a relevant mechanical or electrical qualification with experience of working on Top Tier COMAH facilities and be computer literate with good knowledge of Office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing and the ability to manage own workload with little support. Mechanical/Electrical Compex and experience in managing staff, experience with CMMS systems Experience of P2W, SSOW and Maximo are desirable. Cathodic Protection Engineer- Flexible location travel to different sites About the role As a Cathodic Protection Engineer, you will act as the technical authority ensuring pipelines, piping, and other buried structures are protected against corrosion. You’ll evaluate inspection data, develop remediation plans, and design new or upgraded CP systems for both simple and complex structures. This role involves providing technical support to projects, operations, and maintenance teams, while ensuring compliance with UK/EU legislation and company standardsKey Responsabilities Plan and manage the operation/maintenance of the existing CP system in line with company standards and relevant UK/EU legislation. Plan and manage the programme of the CP projects (implementation of new systems or renewal of current ones) and CP surveys in line with company standards and relevant UK/European legislation. Develop the scope of works/action plans based on 3rd party inspection reports/data. Develop the design of new or upgrade CP systems both for simple and complex structures. Develop financial forecasts for programme of work. Liaise with Scheduling, Operations, Pipeline Technicians, Supervisors, Inspectors, and other stakeholders such as Exolum land agents (Fisher German) and Civil and Mechanical Contractors, to define maintenance windows. Liaise with other members of the Exolum Asset Technical Team on standards & codes. Identify and select suppliers in line with relevant legislation and Company’s procedures. Produce detailed programme of works/Gantt charts etc. Manage documentation/data/records within document management systems. Build strong credible working relationships with all internal stakeholders and in particular HSSEQ as well as with external stakeholders including HSE, EA and UKOPA. Provide project teams with technical support relating to pipeline issues and ad-hoc projects. Liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g. HSE, Environment Agency and Natural England), review and make recommendations on their regulations and strategies to ensure compliance with all aspects of pipeline legislation. To plan and manage a programme of works associated with cathodic protection inspections and coating surveys. Ensure activities completed are fully compliant with company policies, procedures and legal requirements, particularly safety and ensuring safe systems of work. Ensure integrity investment decisions are always in the best interest of the company’s long term future. About you You will be degree-qualified in an engineering discipline and have proven experience in cathodic protection inspection and project design, ideally within the oil industry or a similarly regulated environment (COMAH). Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to develop innovative solutions are essential. Document Quality Specialist – UK based role About the role As a Document Quality Specialist, you will manage Exolum’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and Document Management System (DMS), ensuring documentation meets company standards and compliance requirements. You’ll support stakeholders with document workflows, provide guidance on system queries, and assist with audits across the North West Europe region. This role is key to maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant documentation that underpins operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide reports to stakeholders to ensure a timely review of documentation to ensure all IMS procedures are within review date. General management and storage of archived records and documentation Management and definition of record retention policy. Assist in providing a comprehensive support role for the development, control, and management of documentation and data systems. Assist with producing reports on relevant management information relating to the IMS/DMS. Responsible for tracking and chasing overdue documents throughout the workflow process, up to and including publishing the documents to Support migration of hard copy filing to electronic filing. Highlight deadlines for reports and documents. Assist Exolum colleagues with re-templating policies and procedures to meet document control requirements. End to end management of the DMS process Learn and eventually conduct internal audits (act as back up to the compliance auditing team for report writing) About You You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining quality standards. With experience in document management systems and advanced MS Word skills, you will bring excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders. A good understanding of procedure writing and document control is essential, while knowledge of ISO9001 requirements, internal auditing, and SharePoint would be advantageous.
