    Summary of the role:

    The Vice President - Account Manager will be responsible for leading and expanding client engagement for strategic accounts based in the Insurance industry. This role demands a dynamic leader who can manage existing client relationships, elevate the client experience , and drive significant portfolio growth through strategic account planning and solution delivery. Manage and nourish existing client relationships while proactively evolving them into broader, value-driven partnerships . Act as a trusted advisor to clients , providing insights and thought leadership that influence strategic decisions.

    Reporting directly to the SVP, Insurance & Healthcare Lifesciences, - EMEA, the VP should have demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives, as well as proven success in managingplex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets. Oversee deal structuring, negotiation, and execution to support business expansion. Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and domain teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction and ensuring alignment between client objectives and EXL service offerings.

    The VP will collaborate across internal and external teams to deliver the full spectrum of EXL's service offerings-namely Data Management, Digital Engineering, Analytics & AI, Revenue integrity services, F&A Ops and Domain operations -ensuring solutions are aligned with client goals and deliver measurable business value. Focus will be on scaling growth, managingplex deals, and transforming traditional client relationships into strategic partnerships

    As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:
    Define and drive the growth strategy for Tier 1 Personal Lines insurance accounts, building strong relationships with CXOs, Heads of Transformation, Operations Directors and other key stakeholders. Develop detailed account plans that map EXL's capabilities to client strategy and critical business challenges, identifying opportunities for new services,petitive displacement, and process improvements. Act as the primary liaison for strategic accounts, orchestrating both internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class outsourcing and transformation solutions. Maintain oversight of revenue, gross margin and P&L performance, ensuring financial health while exceeding client expectations. Manage contracts andernance processes, ensuring smooth operations across staffing, agreements and delivery. Provide market intelligence andpetitor insights to shape client strategies and maintain apetitive edge. Collaborate across EXL's portfolio-Data Management, Digital Engineering, Analytics & AI, Revenue Integrity, F&A and Domain Operations-to deliver innovative, integrated solutions with measurable impact.
    Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
    15+ years of experience leading and expanding client engagements, with a proven track record in account management, sales, or business development within the Insurance sector. Minimum 10 years of experience working within or with Insurancepanies, with senior-level account management exposure to Tier 1 insurers and key stakeholders. Deep understanding of Policy & Claims Operations, Underwriting, Analytics, and Digital Operations/BPS, including best-in-class processes and emerging trends. Strong knowledge of the evolving insurance landscape, including offshore delivery models and digital transformation. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth while maintaining a client-centric approach, aligning client needs with EXL's offerings in AI, analytics, cloud, automation, and digital operations. Skilled at leading cross-functional teams, influencing across matrixed organisations, and collaborating with transformation leaders to deliver strategic oues. Experienced in talent development, setting high delivery standards, and providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients.     We are looking for a visionary and technically aplished Generative AI Solutions Architect to lead client-facing initiatives in the rapidly evolving fields of Generative and Agentic AI .

    This is a high-impact, senior consulting role thatbines deep technical expertise, solution architecture, and strategic client advisory. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including data science, engineering, and business stakeholders-to identify opportunities, design and architect robust AI solutions, and leadplex implementations that deliver measurable oues.     Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
    Programming & Libraries: Deep proficiency in Python and extensive experience with relevant AI/ML/NLP libraries (, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK). LLM Expertise: Proven experience developing applications leveraging state-of-the-art LLMs (, GPT series, Llama series, Mistral, Claude) including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation. GenAI & Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on mastery of core GenAI frameworks (, LangChain, LlamaIndex) and practical experience with Agentic AI frameworks and concepts (, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, agent planning, tool use integration, multi-agent collaboration).     Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science, with at least 5 years in significant leadership roles involving solution architecture, team management, and project delivery.
