    About the role:As the Maintenance Operative your role is ensure the premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard and provide the people living in our care homes a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment.Maintain all records in accordance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.Carry out routine checks and inspections as required and report on this and any issues.
