Join us as a Strategic Delivery Lead and help shape how Technology plans, delivers and operates today and for the future. What you’ll be doing As our Strategic Delivery Lead, you’ll be the connector, coordinator and catalyst across the entire Technology function. You’ll establish a dynamic, high‑intensity rhythm of business that ensures our CTO leadership team stays aligned, empowered, and united around the initiatives that drive the greatest impact. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll own: Run the Technology rhythm of business - planning cycles, governance, reporting and alignment. Lead the delivery of our Target Operating Model, ensuring resource mix (70/20/10), cost transparency and correct Capex/Opex structure as we evolve. Support the development of our agentic and automation capability linked to TOM changes. Drive clarity, visibility and collaboration across the CTO leadership team and key business stakeholders. Coordinate delivery of major initiatives such as board materials, QBRs, allhands, migrations and wider transformation programmes. Design and embed smarter processes that increase consistency, pace and efficiency. Ensure the operating model is clearly documented, communicated and supported by meaningful OKRs. Partner with Finance to support budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Lead KPI reporting across Engineering, Service, Cyber, Data, Architecture and Automation. Provide high quality support to senior leaders on strategic decisions, planning and programme execution. Strong analytical skills, comfortable turning data into insight and action. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes. Experience coordinating large programmes or cross functional initiatives. A calm, structured approach, especially when things get busy.
