About the opportunity: We are looking for a YDP Academy Coach who will support the Club Pathway Mission of producing Academy Graduates for Everton FC while ensuring positive outcomes for all our players. As theYDP Academy Coach, you willbe responsible forthe overall management, development, and leadership, delivering a high-performance learning environment that aligns with the coaching philosophy, vision, and values of both the Academy and the Club. A key focus of the role will be leading the planning, delivery, and review of each player'sIndividual Development Plan (IDP), ensuring that every player receives a tailored programme to support their technical, tactical, physical, psychological, and social development. You willmonitorplayer progress, provide regular feedback, and work collaboratively to create meaningful development opportunities that maximise each player's potential. You will also lead theMultidisciplinary Team (MDT)process for thegroup, working closely with colleagues across coaching, sports science, medical, education, psychology, and player care to ensure a joined-up approach to player development. Through effective communication and collaboration, you will ensure that the needs of every player are understood and supported across all areas of the Academy programme. Working closely with the phase lead and Head of Academy Coaching, and other Academy staff, you will ensure consistency in the delivery of the Club's player development programme whiledemonstratingthe highest standards of professionalism and behaviours that reflect the values of Everton Football Club Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate will hold a minimum FA Coaching Level 3 (UEFA B Licence)
