    What will you be doing? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team in Glasgow.This is a varied, high volume, and fast paced role. You will be responsible for supporting the client adviser in servicing employee benefits arrangements, delivering scheme support function for employee benefit clients to a high standard and in a timely manner.As Servicing Executive (Employee Benefits / Group Risk Healthcare), your responsibilities will include among others:Draft written reports and suitability letters relating to client specific cases Liaise with relevant parties including insurers, introducing firms, payroll administrators etc. to ensure that benefits are established in line with client requirements and scheme renewals are managed effectivelyObtain illustrations from insurers along with technical information, performance enquiries and general provider informationManage and grow a desk-based portfolio of clients with support from consultantsCommunicate with clients via telephone, MS Teams, e-mail, and in writing, in a timely and professional manner, and when required attend meetings to support the adviserEnsure that all chargeable client work is recorded daily, organise the timely production of fee invoices and support adviser in managing WIP, debtors, and profitability of clients
