Today, we continue to build on this rich heritage, delivering outstanding products with precision and care.We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality team where you will perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.Roles & Responsibilities:Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to take accurate measurementsCollect and analyze data to identify trends or issues in product qualityDocument inspection results and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actionsConduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformitiesFollow established procedures and protocols for quality control processesOnline label inspection for all PSL and Litho machinesFollowing standard operating procedures for testing of labelsAssisting within the department to ensure quality standards are maintained and developed to meet ongoing demands from customersWorking with functional departments / personnel to maintain and improve quality and assist in identifying improvementsWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-conformitiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyGood communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with quality control standards and proceduresPlease note, this role will involve a three shift rotation, working 36 hours per week.
