Your focus will be on driving sales, deepening customer relationships, and delivering against budget goals. This role demands a proactive, hands-on approach to both managing existing key accounts and developing new business opportunities. Role & Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular, high-quality engagement
Identify and convert new opportunities within key accounts Lead customer negotiations and approve offers within agreed authority levels Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to deliver solutions that meet customer expectationsOwn high-profile projects from initial brief through to delivery - managing internal alignment, timelines, risks, and customer communicationSupport customer audits, site visits, and press passesRepresent the company at key trade fairs, industry events, and customer presentations Identify and share valuable market insights to inform strategy, support sales growth and contribute to achieving budget goals What We're Looking For:Strong commercial background, preferably from a print/packaging environment Strong leadership and authority Excellent communication skillsAbility to quickly diagnose problems and make decisions Experience working to and achieving sales targets Please note, this is a full-time position working 37 hours per week.
