Be the first point of contact for all matters related to your assigned portfolio of customers. Be responsible to communicate providing updates for customers through either phone or email facet. Manage the customer service cycle from start to finish ensuring that key information required to prepare quotes and process consignments are compliant with HMRC customs. Provide a variety of quotes to your customer to best service their requirements in an ever-changing scenario. Be responsible to ensure that make sure the commodity codes and invoices are correct and processed for dispatched. Be proactive in approaching and engaging with existing customers to generate income Respond in a timely manner to problem or concerns from customers within the required turnaround time. As a Sales Account Manager, you’re responsible for developing and maintaining your customer base within your allocated area/location. We are looking for A Financial Accountant to take ownership of producing monthly financial accounts for each of our overseas entities and delivering accurate, fully supported financial information for all balance sheet categories for inclusion in the Group Accounts each month. Our Ideal Person: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field, plus a recognised professional qualification (e.g., ACCA). Strong experience in financial accounting and reporting, including preparing financial statements and VAT returns. Solid understanding of VAT regulations, auditing processes, and the ability to support external audits efficiently. Proficient in accounting software and data extraction, with advanced Excel skills.
    Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills for working with overseas agents, auditors, and internal teams. Able to support junior staff, collaborate effectively, and contribute to finance projects as required. Adaptable, deadline-driven, and committed to continuous learning, integrity, and the company’s values. Experience in multinational environments or working with overseas entities is advantageous.
