    Job ProfileAs a key member of the Licensing team, the Licensing Support Officer works closely with Licensing Managers to support the active management of client contractual relationships by executing key administrative processes within the department. This role is responsible for executing essential administrative processes and ensuring clients receive exceptional service, timely information and support that enables customers to operate effectively and grow their business.Key accountabilities1.    First-Line SupportAct as the initial point of contact for licensing-related queries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.2.    Manage Pre-Approval ProcessOversee the Information Supplier pre-approval workflow, maintaining compliance and efficiency.3.    Invoice Query ResolutionCollaborate with Market Data clients and Finance teams to resolve invoice-related issues and reduce unpaid balances. 4.    Deliver Training and GuidanceConduct training sessions on the MyMarketData platform and provide guided walkthroughs to assist clients with updates to Market Data Licensing agreements.5.    Project ManagementMonitor project trackers and action items from meetings and emails, ensuring projects remain on schedule and milestones are achieved by proactively following up with stakeholders.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience RequiredExperienceA minimum of 2 years’ Market Data experience working within the financial industry, preferably within Market Data, procurement or client relationship management.Education & KnowledgeDegree level education, preferably in Economics, Finance or related field.Working knowledge of Euronext products and services.Market Data experience is required.SkillsAccountability & Quality Delivery

    Job Profile We are seeking a dedicated Credit Product Manager to lead on the development of the MTS BondVision Credit functionalities. This role is crucial in supporting the MTS growth strategy for its BondVision platform. This role sits within the Product Development team based in MTS’s London office.The Credit Product Manager will be responsible for the development, evolution and maintenance of the BondVision Credit offering, whilst working closely with the rest of the Product team to ensure smooth intersection with the existing product line up. Key elements of the function include the ability to effectively gather and define BondVision Credit’s business and regulatory needs and to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver these.Key accountabilities·         Being up-to-date on developments in the electronic trading environment, primarily focused on credit trading, but a good background in all Fixed Income products is helpful.·         Maintaining strong awareness of competitor landscape.·         Accurately interpreting industry opportunities, client requests and regulatory impacts.·         Ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained throughout the life of the product, working closely with the business and operations teams.·         Working closely with clients and dealers to prioritise and deliver the highest value developments.·         Working with the technology team to deliver the necessary developments both at protocol level for easy integration by participants and at front end trading level for ease of use by the customers. The candidate will work with other Key Account Managers for all aspects of the MTS relationship across all MTS platforms including BondVision Cash and Repo and MTS Interdealer Markets. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, highly organised, and process-driven, with excellent follow-through capabilities. They should be a confident communicator who can effectively coordinate between Dealers and internal teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records.
