The process of the role involves estimating / pricing up sheet metal projects after the initial enquiry, which involves navigating drawings, and then following up with customers to ensure they have all of the required information. We need someone who enjoys working alongside customers and can spot an opportunity to open up an account. Salary: c£35,000 to £38,000 as a guide + overtime + bonus. 25 days holiday + banks. This Engineering Estimator job will suit: Experience and understanding of engineering or fabrication manufacturing processes. A strong communicator / previous experience supporting customers. This isnt a sales role, but does have account management elements to the role. Capable of reading engineering drawings.
