    - Prepare regular reports on operational performance, productivity, and improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Plant Manager, or similar role in a manufacturing, recycling, or processing environment.

    - Solid understanding of production processes, preferably in metal recycling, granulation, or related industries.
