Don’t miss the chance to shape your #FutureInSight with us!As Trade Marketing Intern, you will support the Trade Marketing KA team to execute KA & Sports strategy and implement marketing activities across EssilorLuxottica brands. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:The successful candidate will have the following accountability in the role:  Coordination of the KA & Sports marketing calendar, managing campaign visuals, brief & tracking campaign performance.Coordination of TradeUp platform for the forecasting and allocation of Trade materials.Leading brand bi-annual visual update across all KA, which includes selection, adaptation, and approval of asset usage.Proactively coordinating the removal and replacement of expired or unauthorized materials online.Coordination and follow up of campaign approvals with brand and commercial teams.Proof reading and check brand and marketing communications adhering to the brand guidelines.Periodic review of retailers, analysis of activities of new brands or campaign launches including competitors (instore, digital, and social).Producing marketing activation reports, include activity evaluation and KPI analysis.Assisting with ad-hoc administration duties for the marketing department as and when required.  NETWORK OF INTERACTION:  INTERNAL : Brand Teams, Commercial Managers, Sales Reps, Field Marketing Team, Key Account Teams, Training team, Digital Team, Sales Support, Finance, PR, Corporate TeamsEXTERNAL : Agencies, Vendors, Retailers, Press   TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE     Be educated to degree-level; Be proficient in Microsoft packages;Have previous trade marketing experience;Strong problem solving skills;Have demonstrable organizational skills;Have strong analytical skills;Have strong communication and interpersonal skills;Have an imaginative and entrepreneurial approach;Have excellent team working skills;  CANDIDATE PROFILE: Being an active team member: Creating internal and external business partnerships, showing a willingness to share ideas and actively supporting other members of the team and other company functions.Market awareness: Having working knowledge of national and global markets and regulations, adapting recommendations, promotions, merchandising, and other projects to the relevant market and bearing in mind competitor activity whilst adhering to company recommendations and policy.Demonstrating outstanding brand/product knowledge: Understanding, demonstrating, and bringing to life the histories, visions, and stories of the brands as well as the superiority of EssilorLuxottica manufacturing; acting as a brand ambassador. Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. Your role We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will provide general and technical advice to customers as required either over the telephone, e-mail or fax.​ Processing customer orders, handling enquiries, queries and complaints whilst maintaining a professional manner at all times. To assist in stock picking and seamless flow of work between departments.
