Esri UK work with a wide range of Central Government departments to help them realise value from the use of Esri’s Geographic Information Systems. The role will involve work in areas such as environment, statistics, science and technology, supporting Government departments to achieve their ambitions and objectives.

As a Customer Success/Sales Manager, you will: Drive Business Growth Develop and expand our presence within a key sector for Esri UK.
Identify and secure new customers.
Support Customer Success Build trusted relationships with decision‑makers.
Demonstrate how our products deliver value and support organisational outcomes.
Lead Sales and Negotiations Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close opportunities.
Increase Product Adoption Create Customer Success Plans to help customers maximise their return on GIS investments.
Work closely with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals and support company success. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have a strong foundational understanding of GIS technology (essential). Experience with Esri products is desirable.
Are interested in building or furthering a career in sales. Previous sales or business development experience is beneficial but not required.
Previous experience and insight into the public sector is an advantage.
Take a consultative approach — listening carefully, understanding customer needs, and offering the right solutions.
Build positive, long‑lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Are motivated to make a meaningful contribution to business growth.
Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
Are authorised to work in the UK and hold a valid UK driving licence.
Already have unrestricted entitlement to work in the UK full time for 2 years + Security: Due to the nature of our customers and data, all roles require a basic security clearance.
Location: Home‑based within the UK mainland. You will need to attend customer visits and occasional in‑person meetings, including overnight stays when required.
