    Our team is based at our Head Office just outside The Peak District National Park off jct28 of the M1 corridor.
    Great opportunity to join our team as UK Marketing Manager! This is a temporary contract for up to 18 months to cover maternity leave.
    You will develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans that drive brand engagement and support increases in our sales and market share. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading, managing and integrating global marketing campaigns and initiatives within the UK.
    Key Responsibilities of the UK Marketing Manager (including but not limited to):Develop and lead effective seasonal marketing plans in the UK according to the global marketing strategy supporting all categories, digital channels, media, events and tradeCreate & plan the regional marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and support sell through. Responsible for ensuring our brands are well represented throughout the wholesale retail environment, both in bricks and mortar environments as well as digital channels. (e.g., catalogues and mailers, websites, window displays, instore POS, email, and social channels)Project manage all brand sponsored events (B2B and consumer) and build marketing plans that incorporate all relevant areas of the business.Attending both B2B and consumer events when requiredResponsible for full year budget and phasing with accountability for tracking and reporting against company accounts YTD, LY and outstanding invoicingExecute Coop and ensuring FY spend with the key accounts against obtainable ROI, assets, and actionsResponsible for implementing marketing campaigns in region to both trade and consumer including retail support, shows and advertising within the country media according to the brand strategy and budgetResponsible for the regional PR. Working closely with in house PR team and agency partnersWork closely with the Country Manager and sales team to plan and execute the Rab Shop in Shop programme including strategic planning of new roll outs as well as the maintenance of existing installations ensuring they are representative of the brand at all times

    Essential Experience working in brand &/or trade marketing landscapeHigh attention to detail and meticulous budget planningThe ability to think creatively whilst ensuring to capitalize on every opportunity to increase brand, sales and profitabilityExperienced in delivering strategic marketing plans with project management experienceExcellent team management and communication skillsResults-driven, commercial approach with the need to drive team engagementAbility to work under pressure, prioritise and meet deadlines in a timely mannerDemonstrates a flexible, positive and professional attitudeAdept at managing multiple stakeholdersEmbody the brand DNAWillingness to work extra hours and weekends as requiredCurrent full driving licence
    Desirable Outdoor or sports sector experience

    We are the mountain people — and we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Design to help shape the future of one of the world’s most respected outdoor brands.This is a rare opportunity to lead the creative direction of Rab and Lowe Alpine, guiding globally recognised product collections that are trusted by mountain people everywhere — from alpinists and climbers to explorers, guides and adventurers pushing boundaries in the wildest environments on earth.You will be responsible for guiding the Design Team in the development of innovative, functional, and commercially successful product collections. This role oversees the long-term creative vision, design strategy, organisational capability, and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, the position leads the design strategy across multiple seasons, ensuring brand consistency, technical excellence, and sustained global commercial success. Key Responsibilities of Head of Design (including but not limited to):Shape and lead the long-term design and product vision, ensuring alignment with global brand strategyOwn multi-season design strategy, including innovation, sustainability and future pipeline planningSet design standards, processes, tools and quality expectations across the functionDefine team structure, resource planning and capability developmentGuide seasonal colour strategy at brand levelLead cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Marketing, Development and Technical teamsProvide expert input on materials and innovation strategiesRepresent the Design function at senior leadership levelInfluence company-wide strategy and brand evolutionAct as the external and internal ambassador for designSet a positive example as a leader for the design team, fostering high performance, outstanding deliverables, and a vibrant team cultureDemonstrate Equip’s values consistently within the design team to help spread these principles throughout the company, ensuring our brand values remain alignedManage the annual department budget
