    Early Careers Recruitment Manager (16-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Location: London Our client is a leading private equity investment firm with an established international presence and a strong reputation for investing in mid-market businesses across a range of sectors. They are seeking an experienced Early Careers Lead to join their HR team on a 16-month fixed-term contract, taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment and development of early careers talent within the investment team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will lead the firm's Early Careers programme across multiple European locations, managing the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and development of interns and entry-level investment professionals. You will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, design and continuously improve recruitment processes, build relationships with universities and student organisations, organise recruitment events, and support long-term talent pipeline planning. The role also involves analysing programme effectiveness, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement, and contributing to wider HR initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will have at least four years' experience in early careers or recruitment, ideally within financial or professional services, and be comfortable managing multiple recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced, international environment. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident building relationships with senior stakeholders, with excellent communication, project management, PowerPoint and Excel skills. Experience with Workday Recruitment is advantageous, as is an interest in using AI and technology to improve recruitment processes.
